For this real estate company, I led the launch of a new premium resort from scratch. I worked as a fractional marketing & sales lead, handling the entire launch setup, communication, pricing, membership program, advertising, sales strategy, and — for the company’s main business — the commercial narrative for a pitch deck worth €10 million for an equity-based financing round.
